- About Brand Director (YOSHIMASA HOSHIBA)

真の技術力を持つ株式会社ソトーと組んで、世界に向けたブランドを作りたい。日本の感性と技術を世界に！そんな思いのもと、干場プロデュースの新しいブランドを立ち上げることにしました。ブランド名は「MOVB（モーヴ）」。イタリア語で“動き” を意味するMovimento、“洋服” を意味するVestito、“美しさ” を意味するBellezza。その３つのキーワードの頭文字を取り、シンプルかつ機能性に優れた新しいブランドです。色使いは、僕が好きなネイビーやグレー、ブラックといった男の基本色だけに絞りました。最大の特徴は、ミニマルでエレガントなデザインに隠された、革新的な縫製技術。裁断された生地を、まるで一枚の布地のようにフラットに縫製することで、動きやすさと驚くほどの着心地を生み出すことです。時代は、ファストファッションからスローファッションへ。正確かつ丁寧な作業で生み出される日本の巧と、シンプルかつ機能性に優れたデザインを合わせた「MOVB（モーヴ）」の洋服を通じて、少しでも皆様の人生を豊かにするお手伝いができれば幸いです。

Partnering with SOTOH, a company with true technological excellence, I set out to create a brand that brings Japanese sensibility and craftsmanship to the world. That vision led to the launch of MOVB?short for Movimento (movement), Vestito (clothing), and Bellezza (beauty) in Italian. This new brand blends simplicity with functionality. I've limited the color palette to timeless masculine tones like navy, grey, and black?my personal favorites. What sets MOVB apart is its minimalist, elegant design paired with groundbreaking construction techniques. By sewing cut fabrics to appear as if crafted from a single sheet, we achieve exceptional comfort and freedom of movement. As the world shifts from fast fashion to slow fashion, my hope is that MOVB?born from precise, thoughtful Japanese craftsmanship?will add richness to your everyday life.

PROFILE：（ほしば・よしまさ）1973 年1 月11 日生まれ、東京都出身。
男性誌「LEON」（主婦と生活社）、「OCEANS」（現ライトハウスメディア）
などを経て2010 年に独立。テレビやラジオ、トークショーなど多方面で活躍中。
著書も多数。15 年からウェブマガジン「Forza Style（フォルツァスタイル）」
の編集長を務める。

その理由はMOVB がつくられている「尾州」という場所にあります。
